Coming from a family of farmers, the Alvarez Varela family develops cheeses benefiting from the PDO Manchego in its finca de Tembleque, in the heart of La Mancha, for more than 80 years. Artequeso offers a range of PDO Manchego cheeses made from raw milk of sheep from the Manchega race, which pastured over 250 hectares, around the cheese factory.
