Knife factory known for its productions, possibility to see the workers preparing them and to design its own knife.
For over a century, Robert David cutlery has been making its own products: Thiers®, Laguiole and now Select' and Epicurien. It also produces Calibres 12 and regional knives. The premises are furnished and the workshops are glazed to welcome visitors. So you can see the workers preparing the knives, which are veritable works of art. The very popular assembly workshop gives visitors, young and old, the opportunity to design their own knives and leave with them, once assembled.

Nous avons fait l'atelier montage de couteau en famille. C'était vraiment très sympa... Ludique, pour les enfants qui fabrique eux un couteau à beurre. On est est tous reparti avec un couteau que l'on a fabriqué avec l'aide des artisans, qu'ils ont ensuite gravé à nos noms. Très bon moment, belle journée à Thiers. On a aussi acheter quelques articles dans la boutiques. Bons conseils.

I have to buy a complete range of knives in this so-called cutlery (desk, etc...)result: They are not same steps can open an envelope! Even a sharpening very regular, not average to obtain a cutting-edge worthy of the name. Moreover knives are too expensive. Not very highly.
