Chez la mère Dépalle has taken a facelift and changed its name! Behind this transformation are Alex Despalles and Caroline Dailloux. The decoration of the room is modern, just like the menu. In the kitchen, Alex Despalles works with fresh products and transforms them into small innovative dishes, such as the back of saithe, chantilly with chives and vegetables, marinated ribs, creamy peas... The plates are elegantly presented and generous. In the dining room, the welcome and service, provided by Caroline, are done with a smile.
