Restaurant offering Vietnamese and Japanese dishes with generous portions.
Coming from Marseille where he learned to cook, Hoang Dang brings Asian accents to the city of Thiers. This chef of Vietnamese origin mixes Vietnamese and Japanese dishes in his restaurant. His training as an architect has enabled him to bring to life a place whose décor is one of his main achievements. Cheerful on the walls, the restaurant also brightens up the plate. The Japan side is served as a platter: salmon sushi, sashimi or mixed. The hot dishes of Vietnam are not to be outdone, like the Bo Bun, a salad of rice vermicelli with beef, or the shrimp skewer. Everything is of course homemade and the portions are generous. Hoang Dang seems to have succeeded in its wager, as its Asian accents bewitch the languages and palaces of Thiers.
