The Puerta de Bisagra Antigua is the most important of the nine entrances to the wall that Toledo has preserved. And it is also the vestige of the feat of Alfonso VI, who broke through the old Arab wall in 1085 to enter the city and take it back from the Muslims. The gate was built in 1550 to receive King Charles V. It has a military look with its imperial crest, placed above it, representing eagles between large round towers.

Tres belle porte d'entree sur la ville de Tolede. Vous pourrez voir deux grandes tours defensives sur les cotes de la porte ainsi qu'un bel ecuisson grave sur la facade! Vous pouvez passer devant et prendre quelques photos!

Une des principales portes d'entrée au centre historique de Tolède. De plus, la nuit elle est iluminée, c'est qui augmente son charme. Le seul problème est qu'il y a beaucoup de traffic et alors il est difficile de prendre une belle photo!
