This 14th century building - with its refined atmosphere and décor - offers a choice address that celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2019. On the plate, you can enjoy traditional Castilian cuisine with a hint of new cuisine: veal snout with seasonal mushrooms, egg yolk and truffle, judias con perdiz (white beans with red partridge from Toledo)... Avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans un très bel endroit, accueillis par des professionnels aux petits soins pour nous. De passage à Tolède , s’arrêter déguster la cuisine de Adolfo Muñoz est un vrai bonheur.
