MUSÉE HONGROIS DES SCIENCES NATURELLES

This museum was founded in the early ^19th century, thanks to a donation of books and minerals from Count Ferenc Széchényi and his wife. It boasts an extensive collection of objects (more than ten million!) presenting not only the ancestral flora and fauna of the region, but also paleontological discoveries from around the world. On display are minerals, fossils, animal skeletons, rocks and precious stones from the Spanish collection..
