Founded in 1935 by Mátyás Szamos, this family confectionery is famous for its chocolates and candies made from marzipan. Chocolate museum, school, tea room, definitely a Hungarian gourmet institution. Szamos Gourmet House is a tea room-restaurant that includes a pastry shop, a coffee shop and a chocolate shop. You will find here all kinds of products of the brand: marzipan sweets, traditional cakes, coffee and tea, but also breakfasts, à la carte dishes as well as a speciality: the chilli and chocolate filet!
