Habitacion amplia y muy comoda. Baño amplio igualmente, bonito y limpio, con varios detalles. La entrada a recepcion parecia un antiguo palacete, con estilos dentro modernos, y de 10, encontrarte fuera de tu pais y poder comunicarte con los recepcionistas, Lucia y Joaquín muy amables y atentos.
A 15 min andando del centro.
Al lado del museo Nacional, Mercado etc.

Taka niska ocena że względu na fakt, że 01 stycznia zostaliśmy wyrzuceni ze śniadania ponieważ było w tym dniu serwowane tylko do 10.30. Sam hotel i obsługa recepcyjno-sewisowa bez zarzutu. Pokoje również. Natomiast kuchnia i obsługa śniadań kompetnie sobie nie radzi. Dania z serwisu śniadaniowego nie są uzupełniane, talerze i kubki są niedomyte. Czasami trzeba było odłożyć dwa talerze aby znaleźć czysty.

The hotel is wonderful. However the wi-fi in my room was unusable. This was quite frustrating because I work remotely. I used the internet from my phone instead.

Hablas con el director Sr. Montoro y comenta que es normal . No ofrece ninguna compensación, sólo un posible descuento en el la próxima estancia. Así tratan a un cliente repetitivo de la cadena. Y el ruido que provoca las obras son ruidos típicos de la ciudad. Debajo de tu habitación desde las 9 de la mañana. Os aconsejo no reservar en el hotel como mínimo en 2 meses.
