First, the food was amazing. I mean EVERYTHING. The goulash and the chicken paprikash were incredible. Peter was our waiter and he was very informative on how the meals should be experienced.

Das Ambiente ist Klasse. Wenn man einen Platz am Fenster oder draußen hat, kann man schön über die Donau gucken. Unser Essen war leider salzig, besonders mein Barsch.

Régóta készültem meglátogatni ezt a különleges vendéglátóhelyet, amely végre sikerült! Ami igazán tetszett, és maximális pontot adnék rá, az a személyzet - hozzáállása, kedvessége -, az italok színvonala - megjelenésük, ízük -, valamint magának a helynek, - a hajónak - a pozícionálása, tehát a helyszín és a vendéglátóhely kialakítása. Utóbbi a hajóbelsőben, az uszó terasz részen már szegényesebb. Ami a helyhez képest csalódást keltett, az egyrészt a terasz kialakítása, az étlap, amely nem túl "széles", illetve az egyik ételben a csirkemellet találtam kicsit keménynek. Szigorú vagyok, de ezen a helyen megítélésem szerint csak az, ami kifogástalan, az elfogadható. Valójában 4,5 csillagot adnék összességében, de olyan nincsen.

I had dinner with 2 of my friends here today. The food was tasty, no issues there. Unfortunately the service left a very sour taste in our mouth. We ordered food and drinks. We did receive our food first but no cutlery, when we asked for it and for our drinks as we sat in the sunshine thirsty the waitress seemed very annoyed that we unfortunately could not start to eat the goulash with our hands maybe?! I am shocked by the attitude that was directed towards the guests as the restaurant was not busy at all and the service was extremely slow therefore the other table next to us left. I just want to note that if there is a problem with staffing me as a customer have nothing to do with it still me and my friends received an attitude that was out of order. I still paid the service charge, but unfortunately it was not vell deserved. Try to educate your team of the right customer service please!
