Chic restaurant with terrace in the Bois-de-la-Ville in Budapest.
Located in the Bois-de-la-Ville region, this restaurant, which is more than a hundred years old, is an institution. Károly Gundel invented the famous Gundel crepe, filled with walnut kernels, topped with a lemon zest and topped with melted chocolate. But the restaurant is certainly not satisfied with this dessert, however pleasant it may be. The chic setting whets your appetite from the moment you arrive (it's also a real little trip back in time), while the terrace - a real oasis of greenery - has a Cannes feel in summer. Food here is delicious. Good services and wonderful atmosphere. We ordered grilled foie gras, goulash and fish fillet. None of them let us down. Highly recommended to travelers who are looking for good and authentic Hungarian food.

A Gundel a leghíresebb magyar étterem. Mindenki halott már róla, még azok is, akik a közelében sem jártak, de már halották a hírnevét. A Városliget és az Állatkert mellett, a Gundel Károly úton található. A Gundel étterem a magyar gasztronómia híres régi alakja. Gundel Károly vendéglős szakember 1910-ben alapította az éttermet, amely azóta is töretlenül müködik. A Gundel étterem a hungarikumok listájára is felkerült 2014-ben.

A rose kacsamell szinte nyers volt, a becsi szelet total sotlan, a salata semmilyen, a stroganoff nem stroganoff es ragos volt a hus, a krumpli izetket, a somloi nem is hasonlitott a megszokottra (valami torta volt habbal kb). Egyedul a Gundel palacsinta izlett, de langolva kertuk es nem ugy kaptuk.
A kiszolgalas sajnos szinten nem volt megfelelo. A krumpli helyett salatat kertunk koretnek, de csere nem volt lehetseges csak pluszban kerni. Ezt nem tudta elmondani a pincer csak a vegeredmeny volt ez. Bolint hogy langolva kerjuk a palacsintat, de nem is figyelt rank, mar a masik asztalhoz beszelt. A fizetesre 10 percet vartunk majd odajon es elsetal a terminallal a masik asztaltol megkerdezni, hogy minden rendben van e. Sok tanulo is volt, ami nem lenne baj, de a minoseg nagyon nem volt ok.
