Beautiful museum presenting the popular arts of the region, essentially the peasant life and the trades related to it, with also a beautiful collection of traditional costumes. On the first floor, Cretan shops have been reconstructed: hairdresser, pharmacy, a small kafeneío... On the second floor, a large hall showcases the art of textiles with beautiful carpets, fine embroidery and the reconstruction of a private salon exhibiting beautiful hand woven pieces.
