A simple and well kept address offering rooms overlooking the sea.
In Arkadiou Street, pedestrianized in summer, a simple and well-kept address, surprisingly quiet. Some rooms have a view of the sea, while others do not have a balcony: ask to choose. The 10 rooms have a bathroom, telephone and refrigerator, air conditioning, Internet. The studios are equipped with an additional kitchen. The manager also has studios on the beach and others in the city center. He is also the owner of the travel agency Ellotia Tours, also located on Arkadiou Street.

Very good location, right in the old town. Stelios was realy nice, help us with our luggages and pointed out the main touristic attractions. The room was basic, clean and in a very quiet area.

One of the best places ever been on my vacation . Most important thing is that we have great relationship with the owners, 'cause they are amazing people, very kind, pleasant and proffessional, and always be there for anything that we need . Location is perfect, almost in the center of old town ( we' ve got the map of the city and instructions where we need to go to launch, rent a car, buy a souvenirs and many other things ) , near the port of Venice and city fortress, beach is also near, around 500 - 600 hundred meters . Service is great, everyday we had a room cleaning ( also dishes washed ) , new towels, and refuel of soap and shampoo . Complete impressions is that everything was on very high level, and I' m sure that we will come again next year . All recommendations and greetings from Serbia .
