It is a former 15th century Dominican monastery renovated in 1997 and transformed into a hotel-restaurant. Here you can enjoy creative Cretan cuisine, either in the hotel's outdoor courtyard or in the magnificent interior room with exposed beams. Perfect for a romantic and gastronomic dinner. Beyond the dream setting, the menu is elaborate and out of the ordinary. The well-stocked wine cellar offers more than 150 labels. Professional and attentive staff. It's worth it for those who can!

Όμορφο boutique hotel με καθαρά και ζεστά δωμάτια και χώρους ιδιαίτερα διακοσμημενους. Η εξυπηρέτηση από τη reception ευγενική και προσχαρη.
Λόγω εποχής δεν είχε ιδιαίτερο κόσμο στο ξενοδοχείο οπότε το βρήκαμε ιδιαίτερα ήσυχο

Nous avons dormi 2 jours dans une ancienne chambre de moine. C’était tout à fait atypique et nous avons adoré. Attention, avis aux plus sensibles: la chambre est un peu humide mais il y a un déshumidificateur et une fois la pièce bien aérée on y dort parfaitement bien.
Helena nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance et un grand sourire, nous conseillant de très bonnes adresses pour déguster des mezzes, boire un verre ou bien manger.
Merci encore, nous gardons un très bon souvenir de Rethymnon!!
