Here products from the botanical garden are served and the cuisine is inspired by the Cretan diet. So you can enjoy original vegetarian dishes with local herbs and seasonal fruits. Cretan cooking classes are also held here, and every Monday at 7pm in the amphitheatre of the garden, traditional evenings are held. There is a nice little shop on site with lots of books and products derived from the aromatic plants in the garden.

Here, you're invited to discover the authenticity of traditional Greek and Cretan cuisine. The cuisine is prepared with quality produce from the kitchen garden and the park. The restaurant's dishes, based on seasonal produce and the flavours of local aromatic herbs, are sure to live up to your expectations. The house also offers spacious balconies where you can sip a seasonal fruit juice while enjoying a majestic view of the garden. A great address for a delicious break!

Food was excellent. Prices very reasonable.
Le jardin botanique est incroyablement grand alors qu’il est à flanc de colline, avec un mini parc animalier en bas au milieu de la balade, avec la possibilité de faire une pause avant de tout remonter. Il y a des paons, et cela dure 2h en prenant son temps, ou une bonne heure avec un cadence normale de marche. C’était un bon moment, restaurant et balade digestive par une belle après midi qui change de la plage et de la ville!
