Folklore museum being the reconstruction of a small Cretan house of the time.

Reconstruction of a real little Cretan period house. Climb the narrow wooden staircase to enter spaces entirely lined with embroidery, Cretan carpets and objects of all kinds. You will find the bedroom with its four-poster bed covered with embroideries, the kitchen with its period utensils, the small living room just as overcrowded... Embroideries are even for sale on the spot in one of the rooms of the house. It is kitsch and dusty, but the place is moving.
