Hotel with 10 comfortable rooms offering good value for money.
It is an old Venetian-style house that has been transformed into a charming little hotel in the Topanas district. The 10 rooms of Elia Palazzo Hotel, some standard, some superior, are comfortable and very pleasant. Decorated in pastel and colourful tones, they offer good value for money. A little extra: you will have a wonderful view over the rooftops. A good address that will meet the needs of the tightest budgets, sometimes a little hard to find something affordable in the centre.

The hotel's location is perfect; situated in the old city, next to a free parking lot and at a relatively quiet area. There's a great vegan restaurant next to the hotel. It's a small homey hotel and the staff was just wonderful; informative, helpful and very welcoming.

Wir haben es wieder getan...????und haben eine schöne Woche in Chania verbracht und das Elia Palazzo das zweite mal besucht. Das Personal- spitze, sehr nett und freundlich, Zimmer- sehr sauber, Lage - Top. Aber wenn man hier lesen muss: kein Aufzug!!!! Mein Gott das ist ein kleines Altstadt Hotel und ihr seid doch wohl in der Lage euern Koffer hochzutragen !!! Uns drei Pärchen wurde von Lia von der Rezeption angeboten das Sie unsere Koffer hochträgt, was wir natürlich nicht angenommen haben.
Dann gibt's Menschen die sich über das Frühstück beschweren, also verschiedene Brötchen und Brotsorten , Toaster vorhanden, Joghurt, frische Früchte frisch gepresster Orangensaft etc. alles hier aufzulisten wäre zuviel. Diesen arroganten Kundinnen die sich zu fein waren sich hinzusetzen und und sich ihr Frühstück selbst zusammenstellen wurde angeboten es für sie zu machen....... Wir wünschen euch für die Zukunft alles Gute und wir werden garantiert wiederkommen. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ ???????????? Λία χερετοισματα σε όλους

The hotel is very nice, the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and are cleaned every day. The hotel is located only 10 mins on foot from the bus station and just next to the waterfront in the old town. There are a lot of nice tavernas nearby and cute shops for souvenirs. The breakfast is also homemade and delicious. Recommend!

Το δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο είχε κάπως φασαρία ιδιαίτερα το πρωί την ώρα του πρωινού. Το τζακούζι αρκετά μικρό σε σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες όταν κάναμε κράτηση.
Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ευχάριστη έκπληξη οι παροχές στο μπάνιο (οδοντόβουρτσα οδοντόκρεμα ξυραφάκι κτλ)
