The sympathetic Sébouh, a former restaurant owner from Lyon, has finally settled down, to the delight of locals and travelers. It's a rotisserie, a sandwich shop and a restaurant all in one! The chicken comes from the north of Greece, served roasted or in an authentic baguette, the pastries are made early in the morning, the dishes are well prepared and the baklava (with a little Armenian twist) is one of the best on the island!
