The hotel is extremely non-customer-oriented. Two weeks ago we booked a hotel for June through a tour operator and paid for it. The tour operator canceled the charter flight for our date and we had to change the date two days earlier. The tour operator wrote to the hotel and there has been no response to reschedule for 2 weeks. The tour operator can't do anything.
It is unacceptable. Prices for other hotels have already increased significantly.
Are there a hotel management? Give me the answer already!!! Extremely disrespectful attitude towards future tourists!!!

Très déçu de la chambre d'hôtel très vétuste, et une odeur d'égout..l'accueil, il ne faut pas trop leurs en demander !
Pour un hôtel Resort, nous avons été déçu, l'extérieur ne reflète pas l'intérieur !...

Piękny resort położony w dawnej wiosce rybackiej, pokoje do wyboru do koloru - na klifie, przy plaży z łagodnym zejście do morza, w ogrodach. Basenów nawet nie liczyliśmy, przy każdym bar. Widoki przepiękne, zarówno w dzień, jak i nocą. Animacje niestety tylko wieczorem, za to ciekawe, codziennie w innym klimacie - wieczory greckie, latino, itp. Najsłabiej oceniłabym jedzenie - jedna stołówka i w zasadzie codziennie to samo
