Park in the center of Heraklion, a perfect place to rest.
Located in the city centre, this small park is one of the few green places in Heraklion. One finds there a bust of El Greco, rather unrecognizable because of the deteriorations undergone. The park is not particularly beautiful, but it is strewn with benches and terraces where one can take the time to rest from the rhythm of this crazy city. In the background, swings will delight young and old alike. In the evening, the bars that surround it come alive and it is good to have a drink in the company of young Cretans.

Petit coin de verdure et de fraîcheur en plein centre ville. Pour une pause pendant la visite d'Héraklion à l'écart des boutiques et bruits de la rue du 25 août.
if you are looking for a quiet and shady place to take a break during your visit of Heraklion, stop in the park. The Greek families attend the park and it is not rare that the conversation begins. children can play swings and slides.
