This Moorish café is located in a tower, the el-Mill Borj. The Diwan café is one of the most enchanting and relaxing places in the medina. On the first floor, the sun is soft by the pergola, men smoke the chicha and drink a genuine Turkish coffee prepared in the ancestral way. From the terrace there is a panorama of the new city.
