ARCH OF THE TETRARCHY

This imposing door, with canopies in columns forming an opening of more than five metres, is dedicated to the four emperors that ruled together around 300. Along the path leading to it, Byzantine forts, enclosures without doors and equipped to support a seat (rooms, wells), testify to the insecurity that reigned in the region before it found itself under Muslim domination.
