PALEOCHRISTIAN MUSEUM

This modest museum was installed in the years 1970-1980 on the ground of archaeological excavations undertaken at this prériode and revealed the remains of one of the major buildings of the African metropolis in the Christian era: The Basilica of Carthage was built after 533 at the location of the Restituta Cathedral.
