MUSEUM OF MINE  (KÖZPONTI BÁNYÁSZATI MÚZEUM)

Sopron was an important centre of the mining industry since the th century, before the activities (and the Ecole des Mines) were moved to the north-east on the Côté side by the Communist regime. This well-presented and trilingual museum offers a good idea of the local panorama, its many animated models will interest the youngest.
