A French-Italian fusion cuisine! It is appealing when you look at the map on the slate and it is confirmed when the dishes arrive in front of you. Perfectly proposed lobster. Black angus very well prepared. Homemade burger for the most difficult, but the flavours are there. All this with excellent fries. Delicious fresh pasta, and you can even treat yourself to a plate of cold cuts and cheeses, with a glass of wine that the house will recommend. The service provided by Jessica, the Frenchwoman, is smiling and attentive. Francesco, the Italian chef, stays at the controls of a kitchen with bewitching smells. A well-oiled organization in an establishment that has a pretty little courtyard and a pleasant terrace on the street. One of the places in sight of Cahuita and we understand why!
