J'ai loué 2 fois un véhicule au Costa Rica avec Tout Costa Rica. com (2017 et 2019). Ce fut une très belle expérience. Service top et très fiable. Le point fort fut l'assurance rachat franchise.

Le personnel est vraiment aimable, et l'aide et le support qui sont apportés aux voyageurs gratuitement sont admirables.

Durant le briefing, tout nous a été expliqué, que ce soit sur les activités, les endroits, ou les généralités du pays, Tout Costa Rica nous a même fourni gratuitement une carte SIM et un adaptateur.

Ils ont également été très réactifs et leur conseils ont été précieux lorsque nous leur avons posé des questions au cours de nos voyages lorsque nous avons rencontré des difficultés (par exemple lorsqu'on a crevé).

Nous avions loué la voiture avec eux, et malheureusement cette dernière n'a pas abouti puisque je ne possédais pas de carte de crédit à mon nom pour la caution. J'étais dépitée et je me suis dit que nous n'allions jamais réussir à trouver une autre location... C'était sans compter sur Tout Costa Rica que nous avons appelé en urgence et qui, après 20min, nous avait trouvé une autre location au même prix!!

Nous n'avons pas pris le Pass Tout Costa Rica avec les réductions, donc je ne pourrais pas vous dire si il vaut le coup, mais autrement, foncez, l'aide fournit par Tout Costa Rica est précieuse, surtout en tant que jeunes voyageurs, on se sent beaucoup plus rassurés en sachant que l'on a quelqu'un à qui demander de l'aide (en français!), et surtout, elle est totalement gratuite!

Rien à redire à part que l'hôtel pour le briefing n'est vraiment pas top en termes de confort et de qualité, mais sinon, tout était parfait. Merci encore Tout Costa Rica sans qui notre voyage n'aurait pas été le même.

Nous sommes passé par l'association tout Costa Rica que nous avons trouvé par hasard sur le internet et notre expérience a fait que nous avons été satisfaites à 1000% par leur professionnalisme !! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu assister au briefing chez Pierre mais ils nous ont dégoté une superbe agence de location qui nous a apporté à notre lieu de visite un véhicule neuf dès que nous avions signalé un soucis d'embrayage du premier véhicule emprunté. Nous avions peur de transformer notre séjour en cauchemars mais leur réactivité et professionnalisme nous ont épaté ! Pareil, lorsqu'il a s'agit de les appeler en urgence pour avoir un antigenique la veille au soir de notre départ par manque de vigilance de notre part (plus de crédits pour joindre les numéros locaux au dernier moment ...)
Nous avons pu les joindre via WhatsApp et ils nous ont également sauvé notre départ en nous aiguillant de la meilleure des façon !! Un grand merci à tous Costa Rica sans qui notre voyage aurait été beaucoup moins sûr !!

Je conseille vivement d'adérer au réseau Toutcostarica pour votre séjour au Costa Rica, nous n'avons pas été deçu : location de voiture nickel, reduction sur les hotels et activités, trés bon conseil et bon plan lors du briefing a l'arrivée et possibilité de revoir votre itinéraire grâce au forum

Grâce au réseau Tout Costa Rica et à leurs conseils, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Costa Rica.
Et ils sont indispensables pour la location d'un véhicule en confiance, avec pas mal d'avantages dans un pays où les tarifs sont très chers et les loueurs pas tous honnêtes.
Dommage que nous ne les ayons pas connus avant car nous les avons découverts après avoir organisé notre séjour: mais nous avons quand même pu bénéficier des réductions proposées en achetant leurs cartes.

Nothing to complain about. If I return to this extraordinary country, I pass by again by ToutCostaRica, it is clear. Booking is fast, efficient and very simple. Rate is gun. The team is devoted and not painful. We were delivered 4x4 to Hotel de Pierre. We had more 2:00 delay to the return of the vehicle, they us a smile... and took us to the airport.

We from January 22nd to February 9th, 2011 Costa Rica criss-crossed with our 2 children 3 and 5 years old. During this tour, we garnered more than 3000 photographs. Everything to give the measurement of all the beautiful things that we crossed. We spent several times to Alajuela from the reception that we had received the first night us had conquered: clean and comfortable rooms with an excellent value for money, a warm welcome, and wine on all the small apprehensions or uncertainties that could be. Concerning the rental vehicle, it is also the 0 drawback: the delivery reliable hotel, car in excellent condition and feel the assurances are suited for (fortunately we did not have to use). All the hotels that we had chosen (all had been reserved in advance) appeared homogeneous in terms of quality and service. A small special mention however for Celestial Sueño with Bijagua where Daniel and Dominica gave pampering us for 3 nights. Le Lodge is really impeccable and too advice Daniel allowed to make "except" and therefore to discover the fantastic park Caño Negro. We are allocated from one (too) short but at least intense tour to the Costa Rica during which we could immerse us in this fabulous country. Peacefully. We had prepared this journey long, thanks to the many illuminated advice from the entertainers of TOUTCOSTARICA. Not to waste time on spots crowded, choose guest house or hotels backpackers or more cosy, it is according to locate, and especially not to miss little squares paradise absent from the guidebooks... or simply to arrive after a day of plane and its fair share of Chez Pierre escalles, does not lack an attraction to adjust its course or to pick up with the flight the last advice.
One Chez Pierre becomes acquainted with superintendant first chief Bernard, whose singing accent south west of replaces you illico in a familiar environment.... Then, Pierre... it is the time of the briefing which rolls high speed and piles up detours ideas, some advice for understand his first steps in Costa and leaving aboard a rented car to one his business rental partners. It is a sort of contract trusted which us place in pole position on the tarmacked roads or " dirty roads" Costa. Just back from Costa Rica, I confirm in my turn all good opinions on Any Costa Rica. Hire a 4x4 brandnew Rav4, without any worries. Catch and she vehicle to the hotel Pierre with Alajuela, near the airport San José, very practical. But No Costa Rica, it is not only! I had use of Any Costa Rica during my equipment Costa Rica at the end of 2009. I rented several times a 4x4 by their intermediary and I was each very satisfied. No surprise compared to marked prices, impeccable service, friendly and professional. An indisputable reference for 4x4 in this country.
For my travels inside the country, I use the Premium menu of Any Costa Rica who entitles to a 15% discount on a range of hotels selected very well. The menu is very quickly dormant and excellent choice of hotels.

Just returned from Costa Rica that we visited on near 1000km, did not have any problem with 4X4 that Pierre had taken care to reserve (without money advance what is rare now). Moreover via Pierre it is very practical: 4X4 left and acquired at the hotel. the small déj in the morning is to be missed under any circumstances because it is a profitable offices, friendly and " good enfant" .

I arrive of Costa Rica where we spent 3 Chez Pierre nights. By its sideways we rented a 4x4 at a reasonable price. It was the smallest range but sufficient for two.
The vendor came at the hour due Chez Pierre, after the car in order to see the state we could. We did not have any problem car, my companion store can attest.
At the time to make it we were however stresa, 4x4 had been striped parking. The vendor garda us only 40$ (phew; -)).
In addition we were warmly welcomed by Bernard who is part of the Peter. Bernard is always has any time and moreover it is fantastic cocktails and it is an excellent chef.
Pierre is for all the breafing in the morning. It has a large knowledge of the country and its opinion is very pertinant to finalize the itinerary of the trip.
Moreover it is affiliated with several hotels and with its menu prémium is entitled to a 15% discount.
Moreover Chez Pierre is the perfect place to meet other travellers who were told of their experience and gave good pipes. The place is not far from the airport, and no GPS we did not have any difficulty find several times the house with simple haunts.
In conclusion we can you to recommend Chez Pierre and solidarity network " Toutcostarica" , which helps all the french travellers has around this magnificent country and has to visit the most interesting places.
