Vission Bakery, the little sister of Cookie Vission in Tai Hang, is the new darling of Hong Kongers. At dawn, queues form in front of this bakery. Among the must-tries is the Tiramisu Tart, an exquisite fusion of creamy tiramisu and crispy puff pastry. Green tea lovers swear by the Matcha Mochi Danish, where the richness of matcha meets the sweetness of mochi in a pastry as pretty as it is good. Next door, Vission Nine serves up some very, very gourmet cakes and tarts.
