When the first Bakehouse address opened in Wan Chai in 2018, chef Grégoire Michaud revolutionized Hong Kong's pastry/bakery landscape. And soon other addresses sprang up (you can spot them easily thanks to the queues of gourmands out front). Egg tart, sourdough or cereal bread, brioche and butter croissant, scones, cookies, doughnuts... everything is worthy of the best bakeries in France.
Other addresses: along the Escalator on Staunton Street (Soho) and in Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui and Stanley.
