Read moreA hotel school offers its beautiful hotel perched at the top of a building in Po Fu Lam. The rooms are recent, comfortable, well equipped and very spacious (a luxury in Hong Kong). The view of the sea or mountains is truly sublime. The service is warm, the students are in little care. On the restoration side, we are well spoiled because the school is renowned for its chefs. Chinese and international cuisine of high quality at reasonable prices.
