KAIYUAN TEMPLE

Built under the Tang Dynasty (738), the temple was formerly called Tantalum. It is the oldest temple in the region. If it was damaged during the Cultural Revolution, the ornaments of its roof and its sumptuous decor make the visit very pleasant. This typical temple is still the place of many religious activities and attracts many pilgrims. It is not uncommon to cross monks who live in the temple. Temple Kaiyuan is located in a street where the vendors of incense and Buddhist statues are alongside each other. A very beautiful walk.
