The Railway Culture Park, a 4.5-kilometre stretch of former railroad that has been rehabilitated as a pedestrian promenade, retains its original rails in places, a reminder of its railway past. This peaceful and very popular path winds through residential neighborhoods and lush vegetation, offering a pleasant escape from the urban hustle and bustle. Ideal for a leisurely stroll, it can be accessed from along the Botanical Gardens and other street crossings. One section of the old railroad line runs through a tunnel, which is very popular with children.
