A Thread of Sky is a spectacular rock formation nestled in the heart of the Wuyishan Reserve. This narrow passage, framed by two imposing cliffs, lets in only a thin thread of sky, hence its evocative name. The path winds through dense vegetation. The crossing, sometimes so narrow that you have to go sideways, adds a touch of adventure and adrenalin. A place steeped in mystery, it's a must-see for fans of unusual landscapes. However, we don't recommend it for people suffering from claustrophobia...
