SILK MUSEUM

The museum consists of several exhibition rooms giving an overview of Chinese industry and Séricicole Art: introduction to the silk civilization, historical relics linked to the silk industry (artifacts from Neolithic to the latest dynasties discovered in archaeological excavations in the region), sericulture, spinning (antique instruments and crafts), dyes and silk impressions (silk-coated silk finishing processes), temporary showroom presenting funds from other Chinese museums.
