LUPU BRIDGE

It cost 2,5 billion RMB, measuring nearly 3 900 metres long and up to 550 metres high (main reach). The Lupu Bridge connects Puxi and Pudong to the south of the Bund after the site of the universal expo, from the Luwan district. Hence its name, contraction of Luwan and Pudong. An observatory has been raised on the bridge to the great happiness of tourists who can come to admire the landscape of day and night.
