Jean-Georges Vongeriechten opened on the Bund one of the most luxurious French establishments in the city. With its three Michelin stars, the Alsatian chef (who made his arms in New York) signs with Jean-Georges a restaurant that is nothing less than one of the monuments - both gastronomic and social - of the city. The cellar contains more than 5 000 bottles, with very good wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux and Alsace of course. Imperative reservation and relatively high addition (the price of scarcity…).
