Means "street crossing the old concessions" (and mainly from the English concession) and is the prettiest neighborhood in the city. The municipality has made considerable efforts to rehabilitate it and the whole is today a very fine bill.

It is the old English concession, with small houses with red bricks and horse-drawn carriages that promenade tourists still somewhat, while zigzagging between taxis. Not really " Splendeur" , but a hint of nostalgia reminiscent of a bygone era fortunately?
