Located west of the square, it is difficult to miss the building. The building is open to the public outside the sessions of the Assembly. Completed in 1959, after ten months of work, this imposing structure of 171 800 m ² is divided into three parts: the popular assembly and reception rooms, a central auditorium of 10,000 seats and a banquet room that can accommodate 5,000 guests. Sometimes there are theater performances. If you visit it, notice the imposing red stars at the ceiling.
