La Spiga Dorata, or l'Épis Doré for short, is an artisanal business that has been making pasta, ravioli, seadas... for over 30 years. These traditional and typical creations come in a thousand shapes and colors. A visit is a must for the eyes alone. We didn't get to try everything, but we loved the cheese ravioli and colurgiones. The welcome is extremely friendly and don't hesitate to ask questions, as they'll explain everything about the art of pasta. On their Instagram page, didactic videos let you in on some of the secrets.
