Nuraghic complex with a very well preserved tomb of the giants of Osono

From Baunei, head south towards Triei, a village located at the bottom of the slopes. Signs from the centre of the village will lead you to the Nuragic complex of Bau Nuraxi. The ruins of its granite towers are still visible despite the abandonment that characterizes this place. It included a village (which is on the other side of the road) and a defensive wall. Continuing for another 5 km on the same road, we come to the Tomb of the Giants at Osono, a granite structure with a very well preserved entrance and interior.
