The pork comes from a traditional chain that raises its animals in a responsible manner. I ordered a traditional meal with pork and local white wine - both were truly great and tasty, and the staff was very welcoming. Only the bread I received wasn't as high in quality as the other things I tasted, and the dish with pork would definitely need a side dish with it to make it complete.
The staff was very nice and professional and they always offer a local liqueur to guests before they leave. I would recommend the place!
