My first visit to a Michelin starred restaurant. It's an unforgettable experience, everything was fantastically delicious. The design of dishes at the highest level, an unusual presentation that will be remembered for a long time. Very friendly and professional service as well as the atmosphere in the restaurant itself. Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

Il menù è stato proposto dallo chef sul momento, non sapevamo cosa avremmo mangiato, dovevamo solo scegliere tra 7 o 11 portate e indicare eventuali allergie o intolleranze: questa tipologia di offerta ci è piaciuta e ci ha stupito.

Animelle di pollo con panatura di funghi, sangria servita in pralina di burro di cacao, ostrica fritta già come benvenuto.
Piatti molto buoni come lo scampo con chips di topinambur.

La qualità dei vini è ottima, il servizio è buono, un po' di confusione durante la prenotazione. L'ambiente non era molto di mio gusto, troppo retrò.

Un'esperienza più che una cena. Proprio quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un ristorante stellato. Personale molto gentile e socievole. Piatti ottimi, soprattutto il gelato. Scelta dei vini ottima per il menù degustazione. Una coccola da concedersi di tanto in tanto.
