Luigi Pomata has made his gastronomic restaurant the equivalent of a star in France. Coming from a large family of restaurateurs and hoteliers, he has been able to preserve the tradition by honouring tuna in all its cooking. After having travelled through many countries and as many culinary experiences, the recipe of this beautiful place with its large terrace is a delicate cuisine, exceptional products from all over the island and elegant dressings. The chef doesn't stop there and has created the more accessible Pomata Bistrot and the NEXT lounge bar.

Gusto raffinato con preparazione dei cibi di eccellenza. Tutti staff sono gentili e simpatici oltre alla eleganza .

Ottima esperienza in questo rinomato ristorante. Ho provato la degustazione "giro tonno" e sono stato sorpreso della bontà di tutte le portate con i vari abbinamenti di gusti. Qualità alta, quindi la spesa per la cena sopra la media, ma Consiglio almeno una volta questa esperienza.

Fabulous staff and good vibe. The suckling pig was a block smaller than a pack of cigarettes and potatoes the same way. Poorly seasoned and lacking any real flavour with the texture of tinned food. All expectations failed.
