MUSEO CASA DEL PANE

The town of Sanluri, which rises in the heart of land covered with golden wheat, has developed a baking tradition well rooted in local traditions. Its loaf of bread, the civraxu, weighs well at 2 kg, with its round shape, soft crumb and crunchy crust. The quality of the flour, the duration of the leavening and the specificities of the kneading are explained in this small original museum exclusively dedicated to bread.
