ENRICO ESU
Enrico follows in the footsteps of his father Silvio, who in 1958 decided to plant 2.5 hectares of Carignano in the area. today, 8 hectares of vines grow on sandy soil and cork oaks that surround the vines, allowing the mistral to infiltrate. Enrico produces a traditional "Carignano", born of a great deal of manual labor, using only sulfur and copper. On the technical side, this wine is rather atypical: an intense purple color with purplish hues and a nose of plum and licorice aromas. We loved the tasting as much as the character. A must-try!
