The name of this restaurant is taken from the diminutive applied to Iglesias: "the city of churches". It's true that there are a lot of them. The Villa di Chiesa is located in the shadow of the Cathedral of Santa Chiara d'Assisi, in the pleasant town square. Better than the bourgeois hall, the large terrace on the square is sheltered by large white parasols. The chef offers a traditional menu of Sardinian-inspired dishes and pizzas. The antipasti are good and served copiously, but above all taste the seafood pasta.

Il cibo è molto buono e particolare , il servizio è andato un po' malino ma diciamo che era pieno ed i camerieri erano pochi quindi può capitare, il posto è molto bello se si mangia all'aperto,da una parte c'è il municipio e dall'altra una chiesa,quindi molto suggestivo. Una bella serata!

Che dire... tutto ottimo, dal personale, al locale, e soprattutto al mangiare.
Il locale nonostante fosse grande era pulitissimo, senza un granello di polvere. Il signore che ci ha servito, credo fosse il proprietario, di una cordialità e preparazione immensa. Ultimi, ma non per importanza i piatti: si sente che vengono utilizzati ingredienti freschi, e ben scelti. Impiattamenti davvero interessanti, bravi!
