The Salaris brothers take their trade from previous generations who, since time immemorial, have passed on the art of forging and cutlery to each other. Respectful of tradition, they make knives in a completely traditional way, from the forging of the steel blade to the handle made of ram's horn, deer horn, heather or ebony wood.
