Family house run by Giovanni and Claudio, father and son. The products are as beautiful as they are good, they are made in the purest Sardinian tradition with great love and passion. When we came back from a swim in the Pelosa, we had a mega snack and enjoyed all the pastries. We loved the copuletta (a sponge cake with lemon), the ricotelle (with ricotta) or the amaretto (macaroon). The Demelas family also makes its own fresh pasta, including the famous malloreddus and culurginones. The welcome is warm.
