At the beginning of Seltz, a 7,2 km cycle trail runs along the peaceful waters of the Rhine to Munchhausen, where the river meets with Sauer. The delta created by the mixture of the two rivers is an ideal place to observe the migratory birds that come home regularly. The abundant vegetation is also an ideal setting for a picnic with a family. For the most adventurous, the track goes further north, on a 90 km circuit.
