The first reason to come to Martini Beach is for the incredible panoramic terrace facing west and ideal for enjoying the sunsets. The establishment is spread over several levels, connected by wooden pontoons. Then, we like the lounge atmosphere like Café del Mar fed with good music, a decor "Robinson chic" and a staff always friendly. Finally, this place being at the same time a beach bar and a restaurant, we also come to taste delicious specialities... before making a splash, just below!

La posizione è spettacolare, la musica una questione di gusti, il volume una questione di stile e dovrebbe esser conforme all'atmosfera (a me la musica non è piaciuta ed il volume era alto). Le due stelle sono per i cocktail: ordino un boulevardier ed il ragazzo del bar lo fa, senza rispettare le dosi (se non per il whiskey) versando campari, martini rosso e glen grant. Lo vedo, gli vado a chiedere che bourbon whiskey avesse usato, non risponde e mi fa vedere la bottiglia... e poi mi dice che ha solo quello. Alla cassa si scusano e mi dicono che il bourbon whiskey l'hanno finito ieri e che per loro è normale usare il martini rosso come vermut (antica formula o un vermut sardo??). Mi hanno scontato due euro, avrei preferito che mi avessero avvisato, 12 euro non ci vale quello che ho bevuto. Peccato, bere bene in un bel posto oggi è difficile.

Porzioni non adatte ai prezzi, troppo piccole le dosi.
Ho ordinato una "insalatona" al tonno da 18€ che sembrava più un aperitivo per la presenza quasi inesistente della rucola.
Unica nota positiva è la vista, davvero spettacolare. E buono che se prenoti un tavolo puoi lasciare l'auto nel loro parcheggio per tutto il giorno, al posto di metterla in quello a pagamento.

We had cocktails here - delicious, and with a fab view of the ocean. Laid back vibe. On a different night we had dinner which was good. Service was a bit slow, but very friendly. A bit pricey - the cost of the view probably ????
