Archaeological museum located in front of the old port of Olbia.
The Archaeological Museum of Olbia, easily identifiable by its avant-garde architecture, is located opposite the old port. It illustrates the local history from the time of the Nuraghi to the Roman conquest. Of particular interest is the burnt wreck of a ship that stands at the entrance. It was recovered off the coast of Olbia and dates back to 450 when the Vandals attacked the city. The attack is re-enacted by means of a striking multimedia installation.

Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois mais il était fermé à chacun de nos passages. probablement à cause de la basse saison. Dommage !

Nous voulions faire ce musée qui était en réalité tout le temps fermé. Nous avons donc fait un autre musée archéologique sous un parking souterrain, qui ne vaut vraiment pas le coup d’être vu
